Probably not what you're looking for but it is possible to purchase online. Perhaps you can have delivered to your hotel or apartment?

Royce does not have any shops outside Hokkaido. Only during special season (mostly St.Valentine's Day when people buy a lot of chocolate) they have small shops/corners in most department stores outside Hokkaido for special sales. Some department stores have special sales campaign specialized things from Hokkaido for a limited period of time, then Royce products are always included.

so the best bet is to purchase it online and have it delivered to the hotel you'll be staying as kyototrans suggested.

Are you kidding? There are shops that sell Royce in all airport now, including Chubu in Nagoya. Narita has about 8 shops that sell Royce.

I was in Meitetsu department store at Nagoya station today. They had a Hokkaido food promotion there, and Royce chocolates were on sale there.
Two years ago I was at Chubu airport, and purchased some there.
