Hi,
I've seen that some japanese people play football (soccer) for fun on rooftops of buildings (tokio).
It's just amateurs having a good time, I wonder if anyone knows where and when they play, if I can join them just to have some fun.

I don't know the answer to your question, but usually the ward office or city hall provides information about amateur sports groups. Otherwise, I suppose you can just talk to them once you spot them.
