my filipina girlfriend is divorced from a japanese citizen in japan, they have a son and she is a resident already in japan. if i'll marry her in the philippines will i be able to stay also in japan and work there?

If she is a permanent resident of Japan, you can apply for a "spouse visa". If she stays in Japan on a working visa, then you can apply for a "dependent visa".
Whether your application will be successful is a different question. It also depends on a few other factors, such as your and her financial background, etc.
