Japan Pension Refund - How long?

Hi,
I left Japan back in August and filed my Pension refund application about mid-September. It's November now and haven't heard from.
What's the normal time period for processing.

Don't count on it arriving anytime soon. Its common for the pension refund to take 6 months or more to process, and then the tax refund takes another few months once you send in the paperwork. I wouldn't start to worry unless you haven't heard anything by March.
