Comme Ca Ism store locations in Tokyo

Need advice on the store locations of both Comme Ca Ism and Comme Ca Du Mode the above 2 brands in Tokyo city.
Any help will be much appreciated.

Apparently they are in a lots of malls..their name are fake French but most people likely don't care..from a post on fashion (thanks Google):
