My Grandson has just moved to Japan. I would like to send him some self addressed post cards so he can write to me. I need some 70 yen stamps delivered to me in the U.S. A. How can I do that?

I am pretty sure you should be able to get some international stamps or the like at your post office. I know in Australia that these are available at the local post office. I can't think of the name of them, but I am sure the staff will know what you are talking about.
