Hello,
I am travelling to Japan (tokyo, kyoto and Toyama) and I want to buy a Judo band (obi in Japanese). Does anybody know where I can buy this. Is it for sale in any departmentstore or sportshop?
Hope that anyone can help me.

Hi, there are lots of sporting goods in Kanda-Jinbocho in Tokyo.
In Yasukini Dori (street) is a big Mizuno shop in wich the 2nd floor has a special site for martial arts (judo and karate).
I bought a Mizuno black obi for 1470 yen. there were also nicer ones for around 3400 yen.
you might try there!
