It depends on what type of tatami mat is used. But in most cases it would be around 364 cm long and 273 cm wide.

Also, if you are looking at room information without any visual aids (floor plans, pics, etc.) don't assume that the room is square shaped.
Room descriptions can be very deceptive! Standards are almost non-existent so that could include closet, entryway, or even balcony space!
