Hi, How much does a Macbook (the "new" and the "pro" or even Macbook Air) cost in Japan?

They do, but there are lots of restrictions and it is unclear if you need to be going to a Japanese college/university/vocational school to qualify. What is your situation?

btw, it can be cheaper to buy from a discount electronics store rather than at the apple store with a student discount, so you may want to consider that instead.

will Macbook be available in Aeon mall? Since as far as I'm concerned, its that mall that is nearest to the place I'm going too. I'm quite far from Tokyo and the electronics hub :(

It depends on the Aeon Mall. Most Aeon's I've been to didn't have electronics stores in them, but some do (like the one across from Kyoto Station) so you might find macbooks there. Check the website of the mall you intend to visit to see if they even have any electronics stores.
