Hi,
when I go to clubs or bars in Tokyo during winter, is there a place to keep the winter clothes? Do i need to take it off while inside the bar or it is up to individual? would it seems to be impolite with a hat/cap indoor?

It depends on the club or bar. But usually clubs have a coin locker.

It's up to the indivisual.

Not at all, unless you're watching a show and your hat/cap is getting in the way of the person behind you. Otherwise, a lot of people, both men and women wear hats/caps.
