Flax seed oil

Flax seed oil

I found a bottle of flax seed oil that said it in English. In Japanese it was "Amani" oil. There was a different bottle next to it, also listing an oil with healthy omega fats, but it said "Egoma Abura" What kind of oil is that one?

egoma = perilla (erilla frutescens var. frutescens)
