Bigger Person Sizes in Tokyo?

I live in the U.S. and we have stores that carry pretty fashionable clothing in plus sizes. I realize that Japan is not a country that has many "plus size" people ... but not as small as the stereotype (expecially in Tokyo).
Where (if at all) would it be possible to buy clothing for someone bigger? I wear about at 16 size pant and am 5ft 5inches.
I will be moving to the Tokyo area.
