Are there any stamp collectors in Osaka?

Hello,
Until the end of March I'll be living in Osaka, my father is an old stamp collector and he is looking for some Japanese stamps (back to at most late 50's). I'd like to surprise him by buying that special stamps that he is looking for.
I searched thorugh the Internet and found some auction websites which sells stamps but all of them were in Japanese!! (including Yahoo).
So I'm looking for an actual stamp collection place.
I hope someone can answer me.
