Online shopping for a sailor costume?

I would love a sailor fuku costume. I went on Bodyline Jp and Cosmates as they seemed inexpensive but the sizes were bad. The tops are too big while the skirts are short and too tight. Does anyone know of a website that might cater towards bigger skirt sizes? Please and thankyou! oh and it must ship to England

Ar-Conomi (that's an actual place in Harajuku) http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/apparel/arconomi.html through CD Japan, def. ships to England, my husband orders through them all the time!

And

J-List is another place, they do custom uniforms if you need to give them your sizes.
