JR Shin Kobe Station - Local Kit Kats?

Sorry for the strange request, but hoping someone may have some insight?
I'm picking up some regional Kit Kat flavors for friends back home. So when I travel through Japan I might pickup the occasional regional flavor. For instance, I'm going to Okayama and I know they have a special regional version of Kit Kats there.
My shinkansen will make a stop over at Shin Kobe station. In that case, does anyone know if JR Shin Kobe has shops that sell the regional kit kats without me having to leave the station?
