I am trying to find out what the new time that the power outages will be in Yokosuka near Higashi Hemi-cho. The original times were 12:20-16:30
I looked at the Yokosuka website but it doesn't have it listed in English.
Thanks for any help.

Jim,
Higashi-hemi-cho (at least part of it), Yokosuka city, seems to be included in Group 1 according to Tokyo Electric's scheduled blackout plan.
So... for today (Mar. 16) you are in the 12:20 - 16:00 rotation. They rotate the 5 groups daily. Take care.
