I am a scuba professional, I'm have organized a group to help find and recover lost loved ones so their families can have closure. I need help with approval for this project. The sooner we can start the more likely a body can be identified. Not to mention the biological issues that will come later.This is a task that few will be ready to take on, but I have six divers that are ready to move on this important work.
