Vitamin B12 injections

Hi,
My husband and I get Vitamin B12 injections as we are vegetarian. Do they do this in Japan at all?
If we were to bring our own needles and B12 in our suitcase, would this be a problem at the airport?

That may be a problem unless it is prescribed by your doctor.
Have you tried B-12 patch? That works well.
