Hello all

other then the northern island (towns like sapporo) etc.

any areas get moderate snow and cold temperatures on the main island? be a canadian i love snowy winters, so wouldnt mind living in a town with snowfall and cold winter, but still close to large urban centers eg osaka so on.

any help
