Hi
I will be in Tokyo on 16th May but I
will need to telephone a mobile number
in London , UK so what numbers do I have
to dial first before the mobile number?
please let me know as soon as possible.

Yup it's 0044 then the mobile number without the first 0. eg if the mobile number is 07xxxxxxxxx you dial 00447xxxxxxxxx .
