It is within easy walking distance. Just make sure to leave the station on the right side (JR South Exit is most convenient if you arrive by JR):

The limousine bus actually stops at Shinjuku Washington Hotel, so you don't need to walk from the station.

Not sure if this link will work:-

Enjoy your trip!

Shinjuku Washington Hotel 2011/6/23 14:52
Dominomand,

When travelling to and from the airport, then the door-to-door Limousine bus eliminates any hassle, as already mentioned, but if you need to walk from the hotel to Shinjuku station, there is an underground passageway all the way which is more convenient, because you don't waste time waiting to cross streets at ground level, and it also keeps you dry when it's raining. The passageway can be a bit difficult to find at first when going from the station, but it should be more obvious when going from the hotel to the station. If you look on Google Maps, it's shaded pink.
