Worried about penpal

Hello everyone

I don't know what do to and im really worrying about my penpal! Last Year in Summer I met with her and she was an gently nice older women! She has some disease but my japanese and her english was not that good at that time so I don't know whats her disease is but she has some trouble with breathing and coughing as far I could get the image! One time she wrote per mail that she was hospitalized for any weeks but got out!

So after any Months there is no response of her. I wrote her text message on her phone, via mail and a letter!! So Im worrying if something bad happend :(

Is there some office I can contact in japan to get maybe some information?

If there is one organization to look into, that would be the police. Just tell them everything you know.

But is she living with someone else or have local friends? If so, I wouldn't worry too much about it.
