Online Banking

I want to go see a band in concert while I'm in Japan. I went to buy the tickets using my card, and it wouldn't go through, and then I can't pay from a conbini yet because I'll be in Japan in about two weeks. The only other option is netto bankingu (online banking I assume), but I don't know how that works, or if that option if even available for people outside of Japan. If anyone knows how this works, or if it's not possible outside of Japan, please let me know.
Thanks in advance :D

"netto bankingu" normally means they specify their bank account (often at an online-only bank), into which you are supposed to make a remittance. This is fast and easy (and the fee is not THAT high) from a bank account in Japan to another, but it would be quite cumbersome from an overseas bank account - it takes quite some time, and the fee would be expensive.
So you are tryiing to purchase tickets from outside Japan (so you are not yet in Japan), and could not purchase with your credit card?
Is there any way you can ask someone you know in Japan to buy them for you, or if you've booked your hotel, ask their concierge to take care of that?

AK, thank you so much for your response. I do have friends overseas that might be willing to do it, but I don't want to bother them- which is why I'm trying to buy the tickets online on my own. I'll be in Japan in about two weeks, so I'm going to try to find another ticket site to buy the tickets from, or just wait until I get to Japan to pay for them from the conbini, as online banking seems really complicated from here now.
Thanks again for your response! :)
