Hello, I will like to know if there are African markets in Japan and if there are, how close are they to Shizuoka?

I think it's safe to say there are no African markets in Japan, simply because there isn't the demand for it. Aside from random Nigerians in Harajuku and Shibuya etc, there aren't enough Africans in Japan to create a demand for an African market.
I could be wrong though.
