Hi guys , i have just bought a bottle of shochu (satsuma mura imo), so i'm asking if someone can give me a tips on wich is the best way to enjoy it .
How to serve and drink ??

The uniqueness of shochu is that you can enjoy it in almost any way you want.
Try drinking it straight and see what you'd want to add or not add to it. A lot of younger people mix it with tea or juice, but I like it on the rocks with a chaser.

I'm not an expert on shochu, but my experience so far is that strong-flavored one (such as this one) is often better served on the rock, rather than mixed with cold water or other soft drinks :) Some liquor shops also recommend mixing with hot water as well, which would be nice in this cool season as well. Enjoy!

I like it with pineapple juice. It's a great combination of flavours, plus the one we have is 42%, so.. err... drinking it straight is a bit full on!
