Japanese car called a Wills?

When in Japanese we saw a few 'odd' looking cars one of which was a car brand called a 'Wills' (or Will) I just wondered what the heritge/history was for this unusual car as I can't find anything on Google/Wiki.

Stewy63, WiLL was a series of collaborations. Several companies particilated to make their own WiLL branded product. The car version was initiated by Toyota. There were other WiLL products such as WiLL beer by Asahi, WiLL tours by KNT, or WiLL stationary by Kokuyo. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_WiLL
