NHK Junior HS Choral Competition?

During my stay in Japan, I met some junior HS students who were competing for the nationwide NHK Choral Competition. They were to perform one song, "Akashi" by Flumpool, and win.
They said that for those in Tohoku, the competition will be in Sendai.
Does anyone of you know which school won in Tohoku and thus chosen to represent Tohoku area?
If not, can anyone tell me the name of the school who won nationwide/for the whole contest?
Thank you.
This means a lot to me since I really want those kids I met to win the competition.
I would appreciate any feedback.
