Where is Kura Sushi in Osaka/Tokyo ?

I want to go to Kura Sushi in Osaka or Tokyo. Please let me know which shop is closest in Osaka (around Numba) and Tokyo (around Ueno). What time does the shop open?

There is not far to the Tokyo SkyTree tower, but not close to Ueno.
By train, Ueno to Asakusa (by Subway Ginza Line), and Asakusa to HigashiMukoujima (by Tobu Isezaki Line).
One way, 300yen and under 20minuites(station to staition).
