I am going to Tokyo in Jan, would like to know is there a good Kobe Beef restaurant around Shinjuku/Tokyo area?

I'm a big fan of 511: http://www.bento.com/rev/3789.html . The chef there worked as a butcher for several years, and has access to private cattle auctions for really good beef that never makes it to the markets.
