The coat is being worn by Taecyeon (playing as Tae-Sung) in the Japanese tv show called ''Boku to star no 99 nichi. In case the image urls get removed: it's black with (I believe) leather stripes across the length of the sleeves and a skull image on the left chest. I tried searching for sites involving clothes worn in tv shows, etc, but most of them are aimed at American shows.
