irons and vacuum cleaners in tokyo

Duiring my visit to Tokyo mid Jan[soooo excited],I will be looking to buy amongst other things,a small powerful vacuum cleaner and a great steam iron.I am planning to vist the Daiso[harajku] and Tokyu Hands.Will I find these two items there? If not which should be the simplest to reach place along with great selection[without getting overwhelmed.I will be staying at Sutton place Ueno.

You won't find those items at Daiso, however Tokyu Hands will have a large selection of each. The nearest Tokyu Hands to Ueno is in Ginza:
