golf driving range in Tokyo

Hi, i'm going to go to Japan in a couple of months, and since there is no such thing close to where i live, i figured why not trying golf? lol My question is pretty simple: is there a rather conveniently placed driving range in Tokyo you could suggest? What are the price ranges? By conveniently placed I mean not too hard to find and not too far from Shinjuku/Shibuya, i don't want to stay in the metro for one hour to go golfing and one more hour to come back :D
Thank you!

There's one in Takadanobaba, and one next to the baseball stadium near Sendagaya station ( http://whereintokyo.com/dbinx/sweat.html#sweat3 ). Prices vary depending on the time of day and the day of the week, but generally run around Y15-20 per ball, or by the hour.

Japan, especially Tokyo, is the wrong place to take up golf. It is cheaper and many Japanese fly to Australia to play golf than going to a golf range as a member close to Tokyo like my colleagues used to do. There are a few indoor or outdoor practice ranges. http://www.boxgolf.net/You can inquire golf day trips. http://www.golfpaq.net/2kumi.html

Actually I took a look at the place in Takadanobaba today and it's rather small. It's indoors and the the target wall is just a few meters from where you tee off. I'd recommend the range in Sendagaya instead - it's out in the fresh air and you get to hit the ball a good distance.

Oh, ok... I wouldn't want to get hit in the head by a ball bouncing back from the wall hahah :D I'll give Sendagaya a try for sure, then. Thanks again!
