If you can't get useful information in this forum you can also consider sending e-mail to Catholic Archdiocese of Nagasaki. http://www.nagasaki.catholic.jp/cms/ja/mail/12-2010-05-28-00-55-17/1-2...Enter your name in first block, 名前を入力してください Enter your e-mail address in second block, Email アドレス Enter title of message in third block, メッセージ件名 Enter your message in fourth large block, メッセージを入力してください Then click bottom black block, 送信, for sending.
