Hi! I found this old webpage that says something about a direct bus from Shinmatusda to Yeti but it's for the 08-09 season. http://www.yeti-resort.com/e/train.html
Do you think this is still available in the 2nd week of March 2012?

It seems the plan is still available. They just haven't updated their english page yet.
