How much does a futon cost

I'm going to Nagoya in about two weeks and I have housing being arranged for me. Unfortunately, I won't have a bed. My agent says that he can provide me with a futon set (includes: blanket, blanket cover, single futon, futon cover, pillow, and pillow case) for about 10,000-12,000 Yen. Is this a good price or should I try to find cheaper on my own?

Futon sets can cost anywhere between 5,000 yen to 100,000 yen. 12,000 yen sounds reasonable.
