I wanted to know if Cross pens are cheap in Tokyo?
I had heard that Cross pens are manufactured here.

According to wikipedia, Cross pens are made in China. That said, however, if you're looking at any of Cross's more expensive pens, they probably aren't really going to be "cheaper" anywhere, regardless of where they are made.
