Kyoto Kabuki single act tickets? 2012/3/6 01:16
I've seen that for some Kabuki performances, you can buy a ticket for just one part of the performance. I can not see if that is available for the March kabuki (happening now) in Kyoto. Do you know? If that is not possible, can two people share one ticket - so they each go to see one part? The whole ticket is pretty expensive, and the whole show is several hours long, so a shorter, less expensive option would be nice.

The one act ticket, Makumi is not available at Minamiza in Kyoto. The only theater offers the Makumi tickets is the Kabukiza in Tokyo, which is closed for renovation until 2014.

Can two people share one ticket (so one person watches the first part, then the second person can watch the second part)?
