Anyone know if there are any large supermarkets in Tokyo? I am staying near Bakurocho Station.

Don't know if this is big enough for you, but there is Akafudado supermarket just across the river from Bakurocho near the Kiyosumishirakawa subway station (exit A2):

There is a large Ito Yokado supermarket just south of Kiba subway station and I think this will be the biggest supermarket that is nearest to where you will be staying:
