I am living near Shinsaibashi, Is there any place for shopping after 10pm. It look that a lot of places closes after 7pm or even 9pm. Is there any places to do night shopping.
Is there any places in or near Shinsaibashi that i can watch a movie or do something at night when every shop closes.

No, there is no night market or all-night shops as in some other Asian countries. Young people go hang out at bars, clubs and such late at night.
There are a few movie theaters around in the area, but the last show would start around 8:30 or 9 pm (so that the audience can take trains home after the movies). They "might" have a late-night show on the weekend, but that would be about it.
