Hi, Kristine.
崎(saki) a part of family name, I think 友佳(Tomoka/Yuka) female name 彼女(kanojo) she/her/girlfriend (笑) (lol)
So I think this short sentence means... -saki Yuka [is your] girlfriend? (lol) -saki Yuka, [you love] her? (lol) -saki Yuka, She [did that]? (lol) and so on.
