Need help translating

美声だし性格良いし天然で面白いし盛り上げも上手...もったいないね

The format is a bit weird. Ive looked up the kanji but cant understand how the も would be used.

美声（びせい) (The SHI in between = "and"?)
性格（せかく）
天然（てんねん）で (naturally?)
面白いし盛り上げも　(interesting and exciting too?) But what about 上手 ??

もったいないね = a waste, no?
