Is the Gyoza Stadium in Osaka still open?

Hi, is the Gyoza Stadium in Namco Umeda ”~“c“X still open?

I tried going to Namco's website, but can't seem to find anything on it, so was wondering if it's for sure still open before we travel out that direction.

Also, is there an entrance fee?

I think it closed down, but if you're going to Tokyo you can go to the one in Namco Namjatown, Ikebukuro. http://www.namja.jp/img/pdf/guidemap.pdf
