Japanese writing help 2012/3/22 02:18
How do you usually write a reply or condolence to a person if they recently had a funeral of their relatives? How should I write as I remember reading there are something that should not be written if something sad happened...

I think it's important to express that you feel sad, you're sharing their sadness in your manner.

Nothing is so different between Japan and others.

But keep in mind please, you should not write your message on zizzy paper. Especially, background of flowers in bright colors will be hated.
