i heard that furea means flare in japanes...is that true??? if not..what is the japanese word for flare?

No f or l sounds in Japanese. Nor v, th like Spanish.
It is more like hurea. r is inbetween l & r.
Haven't you heard rice sounds lice sometimes, if they try hard?

Yes, furea may mean flare as in "flared skirt" but it certainly depends on the context.
