Where can i buy sashimi knifes in tokyo? i'm not trying to buy a lot like wholesale but a just a couple different ones.

There are numerous stores on Kappabashi street that carry just knives. I'm sure you'll find something there to suit your budget and requirements. Kappabashi is also interesting to visit in Tokyo as there are many other restaurant supply stores there.
