Where is dependents cemetery in Yokohama?

My family was stationed in Yokosuka from 1947 to around 1950. My 2 sister were born there, one in Feb. of 48 and the other in Feb. of '49. The youngest one died when she was a week old and I was always told she was buried in the Dependents cemetary in Yokohama. I know that my mother used to send money to a Navy chaplain who would make sure the grave was kept up and put flowers on it and send a picture every year. My sister & I would like to send flowers on her birthday but my mother and father are both dead and I don't know how to find where the grave actually is and how to send flowers there. Thank you for any information.
