(The first line is the old-style poem which, if correctly interpreted, forms a message for the recipient - I cannot translate an old style poem! The text that follows is the interpretation hidden in the poem.)

"This message from above is a sign of worries. Unless you are careful, this can turn into a beginning of misfortune, so place first priority on efforts and devotion, and further enhance your motivation to life and society.

Direction: North-west would be a good direction.
Relocation/moving: It would be better to postpone.
Illness/health: Not too well. Find a good doctor, and live in faith.
Business: Not too good.
Gambles: Refrain from gambling.
Talks of marriage: Not too good.
Lost (items): Difficult to recover/be found.
Travels: Might face a loss at destination
Be careful of any theft or water hazard."

Not too good - which will be turned good if you are careful. Take care on your travels!
