I've been to Shinjuku takashimaya
haven't found any "Ponds" whiting or others
and i'm looking really good for it.
I've even asked the people who work there.
I've been to Don - Quixote in koreatown in Shinjuku and nothing....

You mean "Ponds Double White" series, I assume? You'll have better chances at regular drugstores - try MatsumotoKiyoshi and other drugstores in town...
