Need help for Ghibli Museum

I've just reserved two tickets for Ghibli Museum through the Lawson web site. I know that I'll have to get the ticket in a Laswon shop but I wonder if the date below is the deadline to cancel the reservation or to pick up the tickets. Can you help me?
This is part of the email I received:

引取期限　：　2012/04/14 23:00
※ご注意：引取期限日が公演当日の場合、チケットのお引き取りは開演時刻まで
となります。
開演時刻を過ぎるとお引き取りができませんのでご注意ください。

"Pick-up starts from (available from): As soon as you complete the reservation
Pick-up due date: April 14, 2012, 23:00 hour"

Hence I have to get them in a couple of days, thank you very much!
