Hey there, does anyone know if any store in the area shinjuku,harajuku,akihabara area sells surgical masks with design on? My friend really wanted one for her cosplay, but i cant find any at all.

Sort of depends on exactly what design you are after, but you can get Disney character masks at Tokyu Hands (Shinjuku, Shibuya etc) or Don Quijote (Shinjuku, Akihabara etc), and maybe even at some convenience stores.
